LOCATION: The Voodoo Vendor Village takes place on Central Avenue, between 16th and 20th streets.

Halloween on Central is back for the fourth year, and we're putting together the 4-block Voodoo Vendor Village!

The free-admission, open street/themed costumes stroll-festival takes place Sunday, October 27, from noon to 5 pm all along Grand Central and EDGE districts in St. Petersburg (Central Avenue from MLK to 31st Street).

The Voodoo Vendor Village, featuring entertainment, candy stations, and more than 100 local makers and small businesses, takes place between 16th and 20th streets along Central Ave.

The family-friendly city-sponsored event is organized by Grand Central and the EDGE districts. LocalShops1 is organizing the vendor village, with help from our friends at SIK Promotions.

It has been a very rough week after hurricane Milton and although there are still some damages we are recovering from, we are ready to dive into our 3rd weekend and finally enjoy some cool Fall weather!

We hope our festival brightens your weekend and puts a genuine smile on the each face in our shining community.

It is the 24th Anniversary of I Like It HOT! And it’s going to be HOTTER than ever before! This hot n’ spicy food show is painfully delicious, big on flavor and cooked up to be one of the hottest events of the season.

Specialty exhibitors will tickle your tastebuds as they bring on distinctive, breathtaking and dynamite offerings in the form of sauces, salsas, seasonings, rubs, plants, food products, gadgets, kitchenware, hundreds of mild to wild samples, food trucks and more.

Festival Alumni will be prepared for the traditional hot stuff contests, including the favorite vendor competition, the Extreme Lolli Lick-A-Thon (the hottest lollypop in the world, sponsored by Intensity Academy) and the jalapeno pepper eating contest. Amateur competitions include BBQ and hot sauces as well as salsa categories. The competition will be fierce as contenders vie for the awards in each category.

The event is pet and family friendly, and admission and parking are complimentary.

Back by popular demand, guests have one more chance to meet the rescued animals from Pet Skunks Advocates and Rescue and to view the beautiful, ironically classy "trash animal" art by local artists at Bayboro Brewing Co. on Labor Day Monday!

Style your hair in a side ponytail and throw on some sparkly sequins for our art show closing event with an 80s prom twist for "Possums and Prosecco" - our ironically classy "trash animal" art show! And yes! The rescued animals will be back!
